L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that must be provided with the diet. It’s a protein building block and plays a part in the synthesis of melatonin, serotonin and niacin (vit. PP). It is recommended for people exposed to stress, anxiety and suffering from sleep problems.
Directions: 1 capsule daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
