Ingredients: BCM-95 - turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) standardized to 50% curcuminoids.
Turmeric powder is recommended to be used in smoothies.
Directions: 1 g (1/2 teaspoon) dissolve in a glass of water or add to your favourite smoothie. Drink immediately after preparation.
