Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, broccoli seed extract (Brassica oleracea L. var. italic Plenck) standardized to glucoraphanin 10%, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Sulforaphane = glucoraphanin + myrosinase
Broccoli seed contain glucoraphanin (precursor to sulforaphane) which is enzymatically converted to sulforaphane by myrosinase.
Directions: 1 capsule daily
